Delivery charges within the UK:

Standard delivery is £3.50 – 3 – 5 Business days (Mon – Fri).

Next  Working Day delivery (Mon- Fri only) is £7.50 (due to the COVID 19 situation there may be delays with our Next  Working Day Delivery service). If you place an order after 12pm the order will be processed the next business day. If you place your order after 12 pm on a Thursday for a Next Working Day delivery your order will be delivered on the following Monday.

Free postage for all UK orders over £80.

The delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply. However, we will offer you a gesture of goodwill for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

Returning Unwanted Goods:

You may return unwanted goods for a full refund of the original paid amount at any time within 14 days, starting the day after receipt of your goods. The goods must be returned to us in an “as new” re-saleable condition. It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service, or at a minimum obtain a proof of posting at the post office in the unlikely event the goods are lost in transit. We regret  that we are unable to accept returns on edible and personalised goods, and we cannot refund mailing costs incurred in returning unwanted items.

Returning Damaged/Faulty Goods:

If your goods are damaged in transit Bake and Party Crew will replace the item free of charge. We may ask for proof of the damage (photo) so that we can proceed with a compensation claim against the courier. Please contact us via the contact page or email us at info@bakeandpartycrew.co.uk to arrange your returns.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
